Clinical Content Developer
Caj Rohrer
Caj Rohrer, BSN, RN is a Clinical Content Developer with over 11 years of healthcare experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric-Mental Health at the University of Washington.
Drawing from experience in both medical and behavioral health nursing, Caj develops evidence-based educational content that translates complex medical information into clear, accessible resources for patients and healthcare professionals. His background includes inpatient nursing, patient education, quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the critical evaluation of clinical research and evidence-based practice guidelines. As a mentor to nursing students, he is passionate about advancing healthcare education and fostering the next generation of nurses.
At APNS Health, Caj is committed to developing medically accurate, patient centered educational resources that reflect current standards of care, strengthen health literacy, and support informed healthcare decisions. Chief Technology Officer
Luke Sheaffer
Luke Sheaffer serves as Chief Technology Officer of APNS Health, overseeing the practice’s technology infrastructure, vendor relationships, and digital operations. He brings expertise in web development and site management, with experience building and maintaining platforms for clients across healthcare, finance, real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Internet and Web Development from Arizona State University. In addition to his role at APNS Health, he serves as a technical and administrative lead for Another Way Holdings, the parent company of APNS. He is responsible for the digital systems and vendor coordination that support APNS Health’s patient-facing presence and long-term technology roadmap.
Legal Consultant
J. Charles Coons
Charles Coons represents Another Way Holdings, the parent company of APNS. He focuses his legal practice on patent prosecution and counseling, advising his clients on intellectual property and cyber law matters. Charles is also an expert in copyright and trademark law, in addition to estate planning, asset protection, and probate.
Charles focuses on patent prosecution, IP counseling, and cyber law. He earned his B.S. from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law. After a decade as a senior engineer at AT&T, he registered as a patent attorney with the USPTO and has litigated over 150 federal copyright cases.
